Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Haryana government to develop an IT Park in Gurgaon at the cost of Rs 650 crore.
“The company has received an LoI from the Director of Town and Country Planning, Haryana government for building an IT Park in Gurgaon with an estimated realization of Rs 650 crore,” a company statement said.
The project, spread over 6.8 acres, is expected to begin within three months and will be completed within the next 24 months, the statement added.
