The national capital today got its fourth passport office with the opening of such a centre in South Delhi.
With the opening the new centre, the pressure on other three offices — Asif Ali Road, Shakar Pur and Pitampura – is expected to ease.
It was opened as part of a joint initiative of the Ministry of External Affairs and Delhi Police. the passport centre also has a bank counter for on the spot issue of bank drafts.
