Media Video Ltd has received approval from the Delhi High Court for merging six firms with it, the High Court on March 29 approved the scheme of amalgamation of Acacia Buildwell Pvt Ltd, Valerian Property Developers Pvt Ltd, Beech Tree Buildcon Pvt Ltd, Kool Auto Pvt Ltd, Paradox Motors Pvt Ltd and Sri Venkateshwara Electronics Pvt Ltd with the co mpany, Media Video informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
Further the Company has informed that, through this acquisition, it will also set up an Rs 200 crore IT Park Project in Gurgaon. Media Video had recently announced plans to acquire a real estate development company, Smart Buildwell Pvt Ltd, for Rs 22 crore.
